The REDMI K80 series, launched on November 27, sets a new standard in the value flagship segment with the K80 Pro featuring Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, enhanced imaging capabilities, and a 6000mAh battery, while maintaining competitive pricing from 2499 yuan.
The smartphone market has witnessed a significant evolution in REDMI’s positioning, particularly with its K series. Initially known for extreme value propositions, the K series has matured into a formidable competitor in the mid-to-high-end segment. The latest K80 series represents this evolution perfectly, bringing flagship features at breakthrough prices.
The K80 Pro’s display technology showcases remarkable advancement. Featuring the same Huaxing M9 OLED panel as Xiaomi 15, it delivers 1800 nits peak brightness and supports DC dimming. The screen’s color accuracy reaches an impressive ΔE of 0.5 in the P3 color gamut, marking a significant improvement over its predecessors.
